Having an account is not essential but proves very useful for all buyers. You may login to your account anytime and view your orders, track order progress & basically have full control over all your transactions

No the prices listed on the website are final, though extra delivery charges may be levied as per the individual seller’s policy.

Please mention your registered email ID and Transaction Id , the event you have questions about and elaborate your query briefly.

Once your order along with the payment authorization has been received by the seller, he will send an email with complete details about your order. This email will hold a Unique order no, along with the list of items you ordered and the estimated time of delivery

Sorry, As per Event policy, do not cancel your tickets.  What you can do is transfer the tickets to a friend or someone who can make it to the show if the said event has this option. Contact our Suppot team. 

Transer tickets to your freinds or others require details are given below :-

a) A valid id proof

b) A copy of the E-ticket you transferred in their name, which s/he will receive in their email.
 

Please note that online transfers can only be carried out until 24 hours before the event.
