Terms & Conditions – Open Mic (Mumbai)

1. Registration & Entry
   • Entry is allowed only after successful registration.
   • Participants must report at least 30 minutes before the show time.
   • Late entry may result in loss of performance slot.

3. Performance Slots
   • Performance slots are limited and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • Slot duration and order will be decided by the organizing team.
   • Exceeding the allotted time may lead to mic cut or early wrap-up.

5. Content Guidelines
   • Any form of hate speech, abusive language, extreme political or religious content is strictly not allowed.
   • Content promoting violence, discrimination, or harassment will not be tolerated.
   • The organizer reserves the right to stop a performance if content is inappropriate.

7. Recording & Media Rights
   • The organizer may record photos or videos during the event.
   • By participating, you grant permission to use this content for promotions and archives without any compensation.
   • Personal recording is allowed only if it does not disturb the show.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
   • Tickets/registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or missed slots.
   • In case the event is cancelled by the organizer, refunds will be processed as per platform policy.

11. Audience Conduct
    • Audience members are expected to maintain basic decorum.
    • Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the venue without refund.

13. Technical Setup
    • Basic mic and sound setup will be provided.
    • No additional technical requests can be guaranteed.
    • Performers must be comfortable with shared equipment.

15. Venue Rules
    • Venue rules must be strictly followed.
    • Any damage to venue property will be the sole responsibility of the individual involved.

17. Health & Safety
    • Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
    • The organizer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the event.

19. Organizer’s Rights
    • The organizer reserves the right to change the schedule, lineup, or terms without prior notice.
    • The organizer’s decision in all matters will be final and binding
