Rule: If the performer arrives after 10 minutes of show start time they will not be allowed to perform & refunds will not be provided in such cases. Sorry, As per Event policy, do not cancel your tickets. What you can do is transfer the tickets to a friend or someone who can make it to the show if the said event has this option. Contact our Suppot team.
Transer tickets to your freinds or others require details are given below :-
a) A valid id proof
b) A copy of the E-ticket you transferred in their name, which s/he will receive in their email.
Please note that online transfers can only be carried out until 24 hours before the event.
